           HOTEL POLICY            

ARRIVAL ::

  1. Check-in will be allowed only upon submission of the original Confirmation Voucher / Receipt
  2. The Confirmation Voucher/ Receipt is non-transferable and is valid only if signed by the concerned authority
  3. The room will not be retained beyond 8 PM in case of late check–in unless the Reservation Department is informed at +91 7099025656 & 91 7099029797 or by email at info@irisboutiqueholtels.com regarding the late arrival.
  4. For Indian nationals, a valid government photo identity is required upon arrival for each occupation, a PAN card is not applicable. All foreign nationals must present their passport with valid visas.

CHECK – IN ::

  1. Check-in time is any time after 2 PM ( not guaranteed due to high occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will store your luggage until your room is ready.
  2. Guests are required to present a valid credit/ debit card and a valid form of identification upon check – especially if the reservation has been prepaid.
  3. To confirm an earlier arrival than the standard check-in time, contact the hotel in advance via email, WhatsApp, or voice call. If you want to ensure your room is ready for check-in we suggest booking for the previous day

EARLY CHECK–IN CHARGES ::

  1. Early check-in between 9:00 AM and 11: 00 AM is subject to availability and charged at Rs. 2000 per – room
  2. Early check-in between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM is subject to availability and charged at Rs. 4000 per-room
  3. Early check–in before 7: 00 AM  is subject to availability and charged at the full day per room.

CHECK- OUT::

Check–out is at 12 PM . If you require a late check-up, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability.

Any delayed check-out will result in an extra night added to the final bill.

At Iris- The Boutique Hotel we can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed.

Departure::

  1. From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a charge of 25 % of the room tariff will apply
  2. From 3:00 PM onwards, a full-day charge of the room tariff will apply
  3. If the guest fails to vacate the room upon the expiry of the check-out time mentioned in the confirmation voucher, management shall have the right to remove the guest and their belongings from the assigned room (s)
  4. Bills must be settled upon presentation by cash, credit card, debit card, or online transfer. In the case of “Bill to Company”, guests need to sign the bills. Bank cheques will not be accepted.
  5. The management will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage to guests’ belongings or any other property from either the room, locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage.

EXTRA BED/ CHILD POLICY ::

Only 1 child under 6 years old may stay free in parents room or plan, without any extra bed. If there are 2 children between the ages 6-12 years an extra bed will be required for the second child. If there are more than 2 children an extra room needs to be booked subject to availability.

Children aged 6-12 years may stay in parents’ rooms on plan and will be charged at the hotel’s extra person rate of Rs. 500 per night.

Any extra bed required for a child under 12 years will be charged at 1000 per night. Please note that extra beds will only be available in king rooms on the 1st & 2nd floors.

Kindly state your request for the extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed. 

Children above 12 years and adults will be charged at the hotel’s extra person at Rs 1000 per night.

PAYMENTS METHODS :

For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either by a valid debit/ credit card or by bank transfer. Please note that if the payments is made with a card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need written authorization sent by the cardholder with a copy of his card  and a copy of his ID. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the card he used for his prepaid reservation or if we did not receive the authorization before his arrival.

For non- prepaid reservation, upon arrival, you pay cash or by card.

SMOKING PLOICIES ::

We have a smoking zone on the 5th floor near the restaurant.

Our 3rd-floor rooms  are allotted for smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms on the 1st & 2nd floor

Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of INR 1000 per day.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS ::

Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all in their rooms and at the reception area. The optic fibre allows a quick and stable connection. For login and password please ask at the reception.

PARKING POLICY ::

Parking at OWNER”S RISK::

On the ground and left side of the hotel, parking is free of charge. For the drivers we can provide  lodging and flooding ( breakfast + Lunch + dinner ) @ 2000/- per day

VALUABLES  ::

If  you travel valuables , there is a safety box in your wardrobe. The Hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost items. Any damage to the property OR hotel rooms will be charged three times of the actual price ( inconvenience regretted)

CANCELLATION  & REFUND POLICY ::

All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy based on the type of rates / reservation chosen. For more information please contact ore RESERVATION team. Prepaid reservations made within 72 hours of check–in cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

  1. Cancellations made 15 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% charged
  2. Cancellation made 7 days before the check-in date will incur a 75 % charge
  3. The cancellation is free of charge 25  days prior to the date of arrival, after this time 90% of  the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee
  4. Cancellations made on the day of check-in will incur a 100 % charge
  5. Applicable taxes are charged as per GST
  6. Rates are subject to changes without prior notice
  7. Management reserves  the right to admission
  8. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a reservation if fraudulent, illegal, or other  inappropriate activity is suspected, or if the reservation contains errors
  9. On premium dates such as Durga Puja, Christmas week, New Year’s Eve, or event dates, the cancellation policy is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
